Your child will spend a fun filled week immersed in the wonderful world of horses guided by knowledgeable counselors and in the company of great friends!  Camp is open to beginner through advanced riders ages 7 to 16.  Please call in advance before registering if your child is under 7.

Misty Brae Farm’s camp program offers intensive, hands-on instruction in horsemanship, through a riding lesson and interactive training exercises that increase balance, coordination, strength, posture, leg contact, confidence, and increased stability on the horse.

Fun, educational games as well as arts and crafts are part of the camp day.  Come join us to learn to ride or improve your equestrian skills in a fun and safe environment.

Facilities - The equestrian facility at Misty Brae Farm includes a large indoor riding ring, 2 outdoor riding arenas, 1 dressage ring, wooded trails, and fields

Camp Staff - The program is directed by knowledgeable staff along with the great support of additional junior counselors, instructors, and animal care specialists.

Equipment - All campers will need an approved riding helmet with an adjustable chin strap. Children will also need hard-soled, enclosed shoes with a ½” to ¾” heel. Campers will be most comfortable in suitable riding pants such as breeches or jodphurs.   Campers are also required to bring snacks, lunch, water bottle, tennis shoes, and change of clothes if desired.

*  Camps are scheduled and priced by the week, we do not pro-rate camp per day.  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any discounts at this time for siblings or otherwise.
